Tampa Bay Water Desalination Facility
The Tampa Bay Seawater Desalination facility is an integral part of the Tampa Bay region's drinking water supply. The drought-proof, alternative water supply provides up to 25 million gallons per day of drinking water to the region. The plant uses reverse osmosis membrane technology to remove salts and minerals from seawater to produce drinking water.
Lake Wales Medical Center
The surgery expansion on the Lake Wales Medical Center consisted of the addition of two operating rooms, two endoscopy suites and work room, 12 pre-and postoperative rooms with a nurses station, a six-bay post-anesthesia care unit with a nurses station, a dedicated surgery entrance adjacent to the existing emergency department entrance, surgery dressing rooms and dedicated surgery waiting, registration, preoperative testing and counseling spaces.
Polk County Public Safety Complex
This 141,095 SF Public Safety Facility, for the Polk County, Florida, Board of County Commissioners, will be comprised of a new Sheriff's Operations Center, Joint Communications Center, Emergency Operations Center, and a CSI Warehouse.
Zephyrhills WWTP
The Zehphyrhills WWTP will ultimately be able to process 4.5-million gallons of wastewater per day, more than double its current capacity of 2-million gallons.
Winter Haven High School Cafeteria
Winter Haven Senior, one of the Polk County's older high school campuses, has been undergoing a modernization. The first phase of this master plan called for the demolition of the existing food service building and construction of a new food service building which includes a large covered outdoor dining area. The building is a 17,400 square feet masonry structure faced in red brick with a white brick accent strip and blue standing seam metal roof.
